Actually, there’s nothing behind what art smile. Simply this life is too short to melancholy. Rejoice living and expressing happiness by smiles. At a certain extent, all of us feel what a real smile through the eyes of the opposite. All of us are very keen on this. Yet why when meeting an acquaintance or a stranger on the street, in elevators, while queuing in the supermarket …, unconsciously and machines, we often give each other the fake smiles and bland – “a social smile”.
So what should we do? Smile with your eyes. Be really feel it and to smile spread naturally. When writing these lines, I was smiling and happy. A simple smile but with unexpected strength, for both myself and those around:

1. Laugh with strangers: Sometimes on the streets, in public places, we accidentally caught the eye of someone and (both) embarrassment pretended ignored elsewhere. 4.Meet friends – friends with the jovial optimist, always made you laugh. When we feel connected in harmony with everyone, we will feel happier and smile more.
5.To participate in volunteer work: Science has proven, when to go, bring joy to others, we will feel happier. Contented smile after a significant work because others always gives us the deepest emotions.
6.Find the innocence – observe children or pets to play with the comfort, innocence. Feel the impartiality of them, you will smile because when you are reconnecting with your inner innocence.
Sometimes not so happy because we laugh that we laugh, we happy!
